Our Ethos

At Duchy Chef, we exclusively use high-quality, locally grown produce from Cornish suppliers and producers. We’re inspired by our surroundings and create each and every one of our bespoke private dining menus in accordance to the seasons and the fantastic ingredients Cornwall has to offer.

Cornwall is fast becoming one of the country’s leading sources of high-quality produce. From nationally supplied dairy products and freshly caught fish and seafood from the Atlantic coast to artisan meat and poultry and free-range eggs, there’s no shortage of premium ingredients to inspire and delight us.

We’re fortunate to work with a large range of award-winning Cornish-based suppliers and producers, who we work with to source our ingredients. We also work with many local venues when holding or working at events. At Duchy Chef, our focus has always been on sourcing local, seasonal produce. This approach enables us to not only celebrate the seasons, support British farming and retain a sustainable ethos, but also means we keep our carbon footprint low as we procure the vast majority of our ingredients from within Cornwall. Our suppliers and producers have been hand-picked by us for their focus on quality and sustainable approach.
